I helped facilitate this awesome local conference as well as photograph the gala dinner and moderate the raw milk panel discussion

Ranching at the 440

From 2015- 2018, I ranched at the 440 farm, near Riverton.  I produced and sold raw dairy, meat chickens, eggs, and beef.  All meat came from pasture raised animals, and any purchased feed was from Big Sky Organic Feed.
High standards of raw milk production included periodic lab testing.  Animals were in a rotational grazing system with mobile electric fencing.  I also partnered with Parity Produce to harvest and sell garden goods at our local Farmer's Markets.

Healing Arts Retreat

While at the 440, I was not only active in Fremont Local Food events such as Local Fest and several local tasting events, I also hosted a few of my own.  The ranch was venue for solar eclipse camping and food, as well as hosting of airbnb farm stays in my vintage campers.  In 2017 I held a multi-day retreat, called HART.  This event featured local food and health and wellness.
